Looking good in the garden - 10 December 2008 - mid Winter

Each month we look at some of the plants in the garden that visitors may be interested in finding. Their location in the garden is provided.

Tanacetum vulgare - Tansy
A strongly aromatic herb of the daisy family which has culinary and medicinal uses and can also be used as an insect repellent. In the herb border along College Road, the yellow, button like flowers last a very long time

Convolvulus Cneorum
In the main lawn bed this attractive, half hardy evergreen shrub has pink bids that open into white flowers
